I’m Niki Jones – working as Cirrus Pain Coaching.
I’m a qualified life coach and have both lived experience of disabling persistent pain and recovery, and work in pain research and advocacy.
I bring both my own experience and my ability and training as a coach to help you to find the way you can live a better life alongside the pain and on to recovery.
While I am not a medical professional or a counsellor, I have 8 years of maintaining a recovery from pain and a very good transformational life coaching diploma. I have supervision from a clinical psychologist and a network of practitioners who can be called on to support your health in most aspects. I believe in working collaboratively and generously.
Coaching is allowing you, as the client, to lead the way – while I can act as a mentor in the early stages on aspects such as understanding vital pain and behavioural science, much of coaching is allowing you to find what works for you.
Having a dedicated space where you can truly be you is a rare thing – with me there is no judgement or unwanted pressure. We look and move forward. We work at your pace and my aim is to always see you fly away with improved skills, less pain and more joy and fulfilment in your life.
